Produced by Cartoon Network Studios, the third season is currently in production.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It happens!! <em>Primal<\/em> it has become a contagious disease that I never want to cure.  Each episode flows like an unstoppable force beyond my control.  Prepare yourself <em>Primal<\/em> Season 3 fans are coming!!!\u201d  Tartakovsky said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The first two seasons follow spearman Spear (Aaron LaPlante) at the dawn of evolution as he forms an unlikely friendship with a nearly extinct dinosaur, Fang.  The pair bond over unfortunate tragedies, becoming each other&#8217;s only hope for survival until a final standoff turns fatal.  Season 2 ended with Spear&#8217;s death.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"GENNDY TARTAKOVSKY\u2019S PRIMAL SEASON 3 TEASER\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LsTC2vzYmU0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\"\/><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost shows would struggle to continue after the main character is killed off, but that&#8217;s not the case with most shows.  Leave it to Genndy and the team to keep us all in suspense as Primal continues his adventure,\u201d added Michael Ouweleen, president of Adult Swim.<\/p>\n<p>As with Tartakovsky&#8217;s previous work, the first season had no dialogue, while the second season incorporated minimal dialogue.  The series instead focuses on animation and visual storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Genndy says he&#8217;s not done <em>Primal<\/em>, our only job is to do everything we can to support that vision and give you the opportunity to tell more incredible and imaginative stories.  I can&#8217;t wait to see where it takes us next,&#8221; said Sam Register, President, Warner Bros.  Animation and Cartoon Network Studios.<\/p>\n<p><em>Primal<\/em> is created by Tartakovsky, the visionary behind hit animated series such as <em>Dexter&#8217;s laboratory<\/em>, <em>Samurai Jack<\/em>and <em>Star Wars: The Clone Wars<\/em>with art direction from Scott Wills (<em>The Red &#038; Stimpy Show<\/em>).
