The National Championship goes to Hollywood with the third major of the year, the 123rd US Opentaking place at The Los Angeles Country Club from June 15-18.

This year’s top contenders include 2023 Masters champion Jon Rahm, Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Patrick Cantlay, Xander Schauffele, 2023 PGA Championship winner Max Homa Brooks Koepka and defending US Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick (pictured).

The NBC Sports broadcast team is led by announcer Dan Hicks, along with analysts Paul Azinger and Brad Faxon. John Wood is the main course reporter.

It’s the US Open’s first visit to Los Angeles in 75 years, so expect the tournament to take on a little extra glitz and glamour.

“Los Angeles is a great sports town. It’s just an incredible sports town,” says Hicks. “Look at all the great history you have there, all the iconic moments. We’re getting started, this is only the second US Open there. Ben Hogan won at Riviera. It was time to go back. It’s a city that deserves a big championship like this.”

USA Network, NBC and Peacock combine to televise/broadcast more than 200 hours of weekday US Open programming.
