Simran asks Angad and Sahiba if she can sleep with each other on their bed. Angad says why not. Simran thanks him and asks him to remove the wire divider from the middle of the bed. Angad looking at Sahiba says they will. Both produce threads. Ye Moh Moh Ke Dhaage.. the song is playing in the background. Then they make Simran sleep and cover her with a blanket. Simran bids them goodnight and sleeps holding their hands. Sahiba thinks she doesn’t know what will happen when Angad finds out that Simran is his half-sister and their father is the same. Simran wakes up in the middle of the night feeling hungry and, seeing them still asleep, goes out in search of a kitchen. Sahiba holds Angad’s hand in his sleep. Angad opens his eyes and sees this. He wakes her up and informs her that Simran is missing. They both go in search of Simran.
Simran looks for food in the kitchen and chooses a bottle of milk. Jasleen enters the kitchen and shouts angrily seeing Simran. Simran got rid of the bottle of milk in fear. The family collects the sound heard. Jasleen shouts that Simran is walking around the house like a thief and asks why she is tolerating an orphan in their house just because Sahiba brought her home without checking her background. Inder gets angry and says Simran is not an orphan. Sahiba thinks that Inder will reveal to the family that Simran is his daughter. Japjyoth asks what does he mean. He says it is inhuman to call a small child an orphan and scare her, Jasleen is used to doing drama, but she should at least share a small child. Japjyoth warns Jasleen to stop her drama and says Simran will stay with them until they find a good school and place for her. She asks Sahiba to feed the hungry kid something. The family disperses. Angad thanks Inder for supporting Simran.
Angad takes a crying Simran to his room and cheers her up by showing her meme faces on his laptop. Sahiba brings milk for Simran. Simran says Angad protected her like a brother, so she can tie a rakhi to him. Angad agrees. She ties the rakhi to it with bed divider threads. Angad gets emotional. Simran asks if she can ask him for anything in return. Angad says yes. Simran asks him to find her father. Angad promises. I make Simran sleep again. Angad tells Sahiba that they will miss Simran once she moves to boarding school and even she will miss him. Sahiba says Simran won’t miss her like she will… Angad asks if she means they will visit Simran often and bring her home on weekends. Sahiba nods yes. Inder does not sleep remembering the incident in the kitchen. Manveer opens his eyes and asks if something is bothering him. He says no. The next morning, Sahiba gets Simran ready and takes her to Inder. Simran says this uncle protected her from evil aunt. Inder spoils her and gives her a dress as a gift. Simran thanks him and asks if he is Angad’s father. He says yes. She asks him what he will call it. Dad says. Manveer walks in and asks what she means.
Precap: Simran throws her rakhi box. Angad asks what is all this. Simran says it is rakhi for her brother and since she has no brother she collects them. Angad asks her to tie him to him as he is her brother now. Simran asks him as a gift after tying the rakhi. Manveer reveals that Simran is his father’s illegitimate child that Sahiba brought by tricking him and asks if he will support his mother or his wife now.
