While Chin the movie is the biggest thing to see in theaters, you will want to watch it at home too. When will it be on DVD and Blu-ray?
Barbie is getting a live-action movie and it’s everything we needed and more. This is more than just a movie about the world’s most famous doll. It is a film that speaks volumes about everything that is wrong with a patriarchal society. It also has messages of self-awareness, striving for something bigger and brighter, and simply living in the moment.
This is something worth watching in theaters. Then you will want to own it at home. That means knowing when and where you can get it on DVD and Blu-ray. Since the movie just hit theaters, we don’t have a DVD release date yet. We can take a look at other movies to see when to expect this one.
When is Barbie coming to DVD and Blu-ray?
This is a Warner Bros. movie, so we’re looking at it as such Shazam! Wrath of the Gods and flash to get an idea of when to expect it. However, it is worth noting that Chin is expected to be higher than the two given the advance ticket sales.
The two films took two to two and a half months to make their way to DVD and Blu-ray. With that in mind, we could be looking at the Margot Robbie movie hitting DVD around Tuesday, October 3rd. It could be a little later if the movie does well in theaters and Warner Bros. he wants to take advantage of it.
The digital release will be sooner though, right? That is a possibility. It took about three to four weeks for the digital releases of the other two films. We could see this one coming to Digital around Tuesday, August 22nd.
