Atharva tries to call Imlie. Chini stops him and tells him that she knows how much he loves Kairi and Imlie not answering her call is a signal from god to hide the truth from Imlie. She goes to the receptionist and asks him to call Imlie to donate blood to a 5-year-old girl, but not to reveal the girl’s name. The receptionist hesitantly agrees to her and Atharva’s request, calls Imlie and informs her of the same. Imlie rushes to the hospital, where the receptionist sends her to the blood donation room with a nurse. Imlie thinks she will call and inform Rudra later after donating blood to the baby. Atharva and Chini thank the nurse. Chini convinces Atharva that Imlie doesn’t deserve Kairi and has done well by hiding the truth from her. Atharva says he is just worried about his daughter. Chini believes she had to do this to save her family from Imlie.
Imlie walks past Kairi’s room and no longer hears the princess’s mother. The nurse asks him to hurry. Imlie donates blood and asks if the girl’s condition is really serious. The nurse says yes, but her condition will improve with Imlie’s blood donation. Keya starts brainwashing Ranas against Imlie saying that everyone is here for Kairi but Imlie is too selfish and didn’t even come while always acting like she loves Kairi immensely. Shivani warns her not to speak ill of Imlie if she cannot speak well of her. Keya says there is nothing good to talk about Imlie. Devika then starts pouring venom against Imlie.
Atharva watches Imlie donate blood to Kairi and thinks that Imlie cares for the stranger but not for her own daughter, he will never leave her near Kairi. After donating blood, Imlie walks towards her donor’s room when Atharva notices him and asks the nurse to stop Imlie from reaching Kairi. The nurse stops Imlie and says it’s against policy. Chini tells Atharva that they did right, they didn’t let Imlie know the truth. Atharva says they can’t hide her for long. Imlie notices Dhairya at the hospital and asks what he is doing here. Dhairya informs that Kairi fell and was badly injured so they brought him to the hospital. The doctor informs Atharva and Chini that Kairi is out of danger now and they should thank the girl they contacted to donate blood to Kairi. Devika says she wants to meet and thank that girl who saved her niece. Chini notices Imlie coming and takes the name. Atharva stops Imlie from meeting Kairi. Devika then yells at Imlie and asks her to leave. Imlie leaves there discouraged.
After Kairi’s discharge, Imlie prepares breakfast for Kairi. Atharva thinks that Imlie cares about Kairi. Dhairya goes to Imlie and talks to her. Atharva gets jealous. He stops Imlie from having breakfast for Kairi and argues with her. Devika supports Atharva while Rudra supports Imlie. Their accusations and counter-accusations continue.
